SPEAK FREQUENTLY, MR. PRESIDENT...WE LIKE BEING INFORMED...

unlike Bush who was like a frightened deer before cameras, Obama is actually speaking to us like the adults we are...and frequently...but i wish he would give us the public option...we need MORE government, not less when it comes to health care!  But again, thank you for talking to us as frequently as you do!  Finally, a President not afraid to keep the public informed!  AND thank God for Nancy Pelosi...she seems to have a firm grip on what Americans want and need!

'TRIGGER' ON HEALTH CARE ONLY GIVES REPUBLICANS AN ELECTION YEAR ISSUE

All the talk today has been that President Obama and some Democratic House leaders are willing to compromise on the public option with what is called a "trigger."  All that "trigger" will do is give the Republicans an issue to run with right up to the 2010 elections.  It will give Republicans months right up through the 2010 elections to whip up anti-Obama and anti-Democratic sentiment just as they did last August.  If they want to lose the next election for sure, then Democrats should vote for this silly "trigger" which will allow Republicans a very effective issue...the threat of a public option...for months and insure (no pun intended) that insurance companies have at least the time until the public option kicks in to bleed us for more $$$$$.  The ROBUST public option should be given to us so that by the next election, the issue will be muted, people might even KNOW how good it will be in reducing their insurance bills....THE PUBLIC OPTION NOW!!!!    SAY NO TO THE "TRIGGER" MR. OBAMA ESPECIALLY IF YOU WANT DEMOCRATS TO WIN IN 2010!
